I am just a regular guy who loves making blogs and talking about his lifelong experiences like anybody else does.

I'm turning 21 in August the 3th, I'm about 187 cm tall and I weight approximately 77 kilos.
Being in a good shape is one of my priorities, that's why I'm always looking for new and practical ways to stay fit. Being lazy sometimes is something I hate about myself, though. 

This blog is no different from a personal diary where I will be writing about doing "full bodyweight circuit training".

I already have the designed programs that I'm going to have to stick to, I hope I will be able to keep up with this til I get really satisfying results. 
 I am sure I will because I've gone through this before, even if it was for a limited time, and the outcome was astonishing.
